ob Title: Ecommerce Administrator
Location: Bletchley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour
Breaks:
*30-minute unpaid lunch break
*Two paid 15-minute breaks
Role OverviewOur client is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Administrator to support product listings and general administrative duties across online sales platforms. This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, detail-focused, and confident working across ecommerce systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce & Product Listings
*List and maintain products on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Temu
*Ensure product information is accurate and kept up to date
*Support with catalogue updates and new product listings
Administration & Customer Support
*Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
*Support with order queries, returns, and delivery issues
*Carry out general administrative duties as required
Courier & Delivery Support
*Assist with tracking deliveries and resolving delivery-related issues
*Liaise with courier partners when needed
Requirements*Previous ecommerce experience essential
*Wholesale experience preferred
*Strong attention to detail
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Confident using multiple systems
*Well organised and able to prioritise workload
