Job Description:
Are you looking to get into lettings, or currently in lettings in Nottingham and looking for a varied role?
The Role
This is a varied role for a Nottingham Estate Agent where you will be out of the office a lot doing viewings, inspections, inventory checks, compliance and content capture.
You
If you are currently in lettings (inventory clerk, property manager etc), and looking for a change whilst still being in the sector, this could be of interest.
If you are proactive, a people person, have strong communication skills and are adaptive, please apply!
Role responsibilities:
Property Inspections & Reporting
*Carry out check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, inventories and schedules of condition
*Produce inspection and compliance reports in line with TDS requirements
*Help ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including health & safety, fire, gas, PAT testing, and HHSRS
Marketing Content & Viewings
*Create property marketing content including photos, videos and floor plans
*Conduct and manage property viewings, collecting feedback to support successful lets
Ad hoc responsibilities to help the team
Essentials
Car and driver’s license
Package
*£25,000 - £30,000 DOE
*Commission
*Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
*Free parking
*22 days + bank hollidays
