Investment Operations, Single Family Office

Core responsibilities will typically include:
*Assist with portfolio monitoring activities such as performance tracking, risk reporting,
*reconciliation, and portfolio reviews.
*Actively support investment team processes, ensuring timely completion of reporting,
*documentation, and workflow management.
*Liaise with custodians, fund administrators and other external service providers to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and data integrity.
*Support the operational execution of investment activities across public and private markets,including trade support, fund subscriptions and redemptions, capital call processing, and cash flow coordination.
*Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for the client, the investment
*committee, and internal stakeholders.
*Collaborate with the team to identify operational e?ciencies, improve internal controls, and
*enhance investment process infrastructure.
*Support compliance-related tasks and ensure proper record keeping across investment
*documentation and portfolios
*Provide analytical support on investment research and due diligence projects as needed.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
*Relevant experience in investment operations, portfolio support, asset management or related financial role.
*Educated to a Degree standard (or equivalent) in numerical or financial discipline.
*Good understanding of accounting principles and P&L reporting.
*Highly proficient in MS Excel with financial analysis skills.
*Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own workload and priorities.
Ideal:
*Experience gained in a Multi- Family Office or Single-Family Office.
*Russian speaking
*Familiarity with investment platforms such as Bloomberg and Addepar
