Job Description:
Senior HR Advisor – A Stand-Alone Role with Real Influence & Big Growth Potential
I’m working with a rapidly expanding professional services organisation that is looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor. This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR professional who wants genuine ownership, autonomy, and the chance to help shape a growing business.
The company has a brilliant reputation for its people-first culture, modern working environment, and commitment to staff development. They really invest in their teams — from high-quality training and progression pathways to great perks and regular social events.
If you’re looking for that sweet spot between independence and support, this role offers exactly that. It’s a stand-alone HR position, but with guidance and mentorship available from a trusted external HR consultant, giving you both the room to lead and the reassurance of experienced backup.
Why This Role Stands Out
This is not your average HR Advisor position.
You’ll be the main HR contact for managers and employees, meaning you’ll have significant visibility, influence, and the chance to make genuine improvements as the business continues to scale. For an ambitious HR professional, this is a brilliant move.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries
*Advising managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law
*Handling HR administration, ER support, and routine casework
*Working closely with an external HR consultant for escalation and strategic guidance
*Supporting the business with new HR initiatives and continuous improvement
*Playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing a positive, high-performance culture
Who This Would Suit
This organisation is looking for someone who brings energy, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
You will likely have:
*2+ years’ experience in a generalist or advisory HR role
*CIPD Level 3 (or currently studying) — Level 5 desirable
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*A positive "can-do" approach and the ability to build strong working relationships
*A genuine interest in developing your HR career as the company grows
If you enjoy autonomy, variety, and being trusted to get on with things — you’ll thrive here.
