We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assessment Solutions Partner.

In this role you’ll:


*Leverage internal and external data to support the evaluation of predictive validity of current assessments and inform future investments
*Align assessments to enterprise-wide skills, leadership models, values and behaviours to ensure consistency in strategic impact
*Continuously evaluate and improve assessment tools and platforms to ensure they are future ready and integrated with core talent systems and processes
*Lead the selection and ongoing evaluation of global assessment vendors and psychometric providers
*Define assessment related data usage and insight sharing frameworks in line with ethical and legal standards
*Implement predictive and purpose fit assessment solutions across segments that align with workforce planning and future skills priorities


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

*Deep expertise in psychometrics, organisational psychology and/or talent assessment design
*Ability to use assessment to inform workforce strategies, leadership development and internal mobility
*Strong understanding of emerging assessment technologies, including AI based solutions, gamified platforms and cognitive tools
*Commercial mindset with proven experience in managing global stakeholders, demonstrating a strong understanding of the internal customer and designs value-added assessments
*Consultative approach and track record of partnering with business aligned talent teams to embed assessments into decision processes and understand the outputs of assessments effectively
*Strong vendor management skills and ability to lead cross functional regional implementations at scale
*Experience in upskilling teams in both technical assessment knowledge and consultative skills to operate as trusted advisors to the business
