Job Description:
Supply Learning Support Assistant (Clapham)
SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a Supply Learning Support Assistant (Clapham) to work in primary and independent schools across the wider Wandsworth area.
This role involves providing classroom-based academic support to pupils in KS1 and KS2 on a flexible supply basis, with full-time and part-time options available.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Assisting with literacy, numeracy and lesson participation
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
* Supporting teachers in maintaining a calm learning environment
Requirements
* Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant or Tutor is desirable
* Graduates and university students welcome
* Strong communication and organisational skills
*Enthusiasm and genuine interest in working with children
* Understanding of safeguarding procedures
*Flexibility - willingness to try out multiple schools
