Commercial Manager – Hospital Portfolio
Walker Cole International is supporting a leading healthcare organisation seeking a Commercial Manager to strengthen their hospital portfolio. This role leads key tender and commercial activities to drive growth across the UK hospital market.
Key responsibilities for the Commercial Manager:
*Leading end-to-end hospital tender activities including submissions, clarifications and negotiations.
*Developing competitive pricing models, value propositions and contracting strategies.
*Coordinating cross-functional inputs to deliver compliant, high-quality tender responses.
*Driving revenue growth through both tendered and off-contract hospital business.
*Managing tender governance, timelines, documentation and post-award implementation.
The Commercial Manager will have:
*Experience managing tenders or bids within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a similarly regulated sector.
*Proven success generating hospital revenue, including off-contract sales activity.
*Strong commercial judgement with excellent communication and influencing skills.
*Effective project management, analytical and organisational capabilities with strong attention to detail.
