Civil Litigation Solicitor – Chester
A growing legal services group is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join its new Civil Litigation team in Chester. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, shape a brand-new workstream and mentor junior paralegals.
What You’ll Do
*Run your own caseload of car finance (PCP) mis-selling claims
*Supervise and develop two junior paralegals
*Help build and refine processes for a brand-new department
*Improve client service across the workflow
*Work closely with an onsite Ops Manager and a remote legal manager
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor
*Confident supervising junior staff
*Experience in financial mis-selling/debt recovery – or keen to learn
*Strong organisation and a proactive mindset
*Supportive, approachable leadership style
