Executive Assistant – Private Equity
£75,000 – £80,000
Mayfair
15 month FTC to Permanent
A global Private Equity firm is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide first class support to a Senior Managing Director and 5 direct reports, working in a fast-paced and ever-changing role. This is a hands-on position that would be perfect for an EA who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys being embedded in the rhythm of international deal-making and strategy. This firm prides itself on it’s collaborative culture, offering the chance to work at the centre of a high-performing firm with a genuine global impact. This role is office based.
What you’ll do:
*Extensive complex diary management for the Managing Director.
*Supporting with global multi-stop travel for the MD and team.
*Manage high-volume meeting requests across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
*Arranging and coordinating global and domestic travel itineraries including all of the hotels, visas and transport.
*Processing expenses.
*Organise conferences and roadshows.
*Work closely with the EA team to provide coverage as required.
*Support with adhoc projects as required.
What you’ll need:
*Previous EA experience in a similar role.
*Experience working within financial services, preferably Private Equity.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Must work with a solution orientated approach.
*Be a team player and enjoy collaborating.
