Job Description:
Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for a leading globally recognised property company. The firm is seeking an experienced Site Sales Negotiator to join their team on a one-year fixed-term contract, working on an exciting residential development in Canary Wharf.
Key Responsibilities of the Site Sales Negotiator:
*Managing day-to-day sales operations on-site.
*Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective purchasers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
*Conducting viewings and showcasing the development to a high standard.
*Handling enquiries, reservations, and progressing sales through to exchange.
*Maintaining accurate sales records and CRM systems.
*Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents to ensure smooth transactions.
*Supporting marketing initiatives and launch events.
*Providing regular sales updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a Site Sales Negotiator or residential sales role.
*Strong knowledge of the London residential property market.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
*Professional, motivated, and target-driven.
What’s on Offer:
*Salary up to £35,000, including car allowance.
*OTE £50,000+.
*Competitive commission structure.
*Monday to Friday.
*Opportunity to work on a high-profile Canary Wharf development.
