Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Salary: £30,000 basic | £50,000-£70,000 OTE
Location: Woking, Surrey
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am-6:00pm | Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm (weekday off in lieu)

The Role
A senior-level sales role for an experienced Sales Negotiator who can manage the full sales process and contribute meaningfully to branch performance.
You will be expected to generate business, handle valuations and negotiations, progress deals through to completion, and support junior team members where required. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced office.
Key responsibilities:

Generating and converting sales business
*
Conducting valuations and winning instructions
*
Managing the sales process from offer to completion
*
Negotiating and closing deals effectively
*
Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*
Supporting and mentoring junior negotiators as needed
*
Consistently delivering against individual and branch targets
What You’ll Need *
3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
*
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
*
Strong valuation, negotiation, and closing ability
*
Professional, organised, and self-motivated
*
Comfortable working independently in a busy environment
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
*
Reasonable commute to Woking
