Job Description:
National Support Manager - Domiciliary Care
£40,000 per year | Full time | 40 hours per week
An award-winning home care provider is seeking an experienced National Support Manager to work across multiple branches throughout Yorkshire, with expansion into areas including Leicester and Manchester.
This is a hands-on operational role supporting branch performance, staff leadership, compliance and quality of care across the network. You will work closely with branch teams to ensure high standards are consistently delivered to clients in their own homes.
Benefits and package:
*£40,000 base salary with additional payment for on-call duties, increasing overall earnings each year

About the service:
This provider delivers high-quality, personalised home care to elderly clients, with care plans tailored to individual needs. The focus is on compassionate, person-centred support that enables people to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Key responsibilities:
*Lead, direct and support staff across branches to ensure flexible, responsive care delivery
*Recruit staff at all levels below Branch Manager, including advertising, interviewing, referencing, health checks and DBS applications
*Conduct exit interviews and report trends to senior management
*Deliver induction, supervision and ongoing support to staff
*Promote effective communication through meetings and reporting
*Monitor staff performance, manage probation periods and handle disciplinary matters where required
*Ensure clients’ needs are regularly assessed, reviewed and reflected in care plans
*Oversee client feedback and quality assurance processes
*Ensure Health and Safety compliance within branches and clients’ homes
*Monitor mandatory training through the training matrix
*Support rota planning to ensure all care calls are covered
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience in a domiciliary care management role at Deputy Manager level or above
*Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
*Flexibility to work every other weekend and provide back-up support when required
*A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
*A compassionate, team-focused approach and a strong commitment to high-quality care
