Reception Cover – Temporary
Location: Sheffield
Full Time Hours
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Receptionist to provide short-term cover for 10 days at our Sheffield office.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and keeping things running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* Booking meeting rooms and handling basic admin tasks
* General reception and office support duties
About you:
* Polite, approachable, and well-presented
* Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
* Organised and able to multitask
* Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred
