Italian Speaking Sales Advisor – Student Accommodation
Location: Fazakerley
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary (8–12 weeks)
We are recruiting a fluent Italian-speaking Sales Advisor to support a busy student accommodation sales team in Fazakerley. This is an 8–12 week temporary opportunity within a centralised sales function, handling high-volume enquiries and converting interest into viewings and confirmed bookings.
This role would suit someone confident on the phone, comfortable working to targets, and passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.
The role
*Managing incoming enquiries via phone, live chat, email, web and social media
*Converting sales leads into viewing appointments and confirmed bookings
*Making outbound follow-up calls on all enquiries
*Identifying customer needs and sales opportunities
*Working to daily and weekly sales targets, including conversion tracking
*Updating booking systems and CRM databases accurately
*Ensuring all enquiries are logged and sales processes are followed correctly
*Maintaining strong knowledge of properties, USPs and current promotions
*Liaising with on-site property teams to support local sales activity
*Meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate data records
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
*Complying with health & safety policies and company procedures
Skills & experience
*Fluent Italian (spoken and written) – essential
*Strong written English for customer communication
*Excellent organisation and time management skills
*Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*Proactive, sales-focused approach with good negotiation skills
*Previous sales or customer-facing experience desirable but not essential
