The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching while creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
*Teach across KS1 and KS2, adapting to pupils’ individual needs
*Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour
*Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress
*Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
*Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders
*Adapt confidently to different school settings
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Patience, flexibility, and resilience
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
