Job Description:
The Role
The day-to-day duties for the supply chain coordinator include:
• Planning and booking domestic and international shipments
• Liaising with freight forwarders, warehouses and carriers to keep deliveries on track
• Maintaining accurate shipping, order and inventory records
• Supporting invoicing, data entry and reporting
• Looking out for opportunities to streamline processes and improve service for internal teams and customers

I am thrilled to be working with a well established, reputable manufacturing company in their search for a supply chain coordinator. This is a full time, permanent role.
You will be working in a supportive operations team where ideas for better ways of working are genuinely encouraged and where you can grow your skills in end to end supply chain.
About You
The successful Supply Chain Coordinator will be/ have:
• Strong organisational skills
• Work well under pressure
• Experience working in logistics, operations and supply chain
• Ability to work effectively with vendors or 3PL partners
• Comfortable using Excel and ERP/shipping systems
• Strong communication skills who can communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
