Job Description:
Management Accountant – 6–9 Month Contract
We’re working with a multi-site business looking for a Management Accountant to support the finance function on a 6–9 month contract. This role will focus on month-end reporting, cost control, and business partnering across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Ownership of selected P&L cost lines with variance analysis
• Fixed asset accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting budgeting and reforecasting cycles
• Working with operational teams to provide financial insight
• Assisting with audit and month-end close processes
• Ad hoc reporting as required
About you
• Experience in a management accounting or similar role
• Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders
