Job Title: Folder Operator
Location: Canning Town
Hourly Rate: £15 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00-15:30 or 13:30-22:00
Responsibilities:
*Operating MBO Folder Machine
*Machine Operation: Safely operate folding machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
*Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to verify the accuracy and quality of folded materials, making adjustments as needed.
*Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on folding machines and promptly report any issues to the maintenance team.
*Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
*Flexibility: Adhere to a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, as outlined in the rota.
*Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
*Adherence to Schedule: Meet production targets and timelines as specified by the production schedule.
*Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any deviations from standard procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
*Experience in gluing and die cutting will be considered
*Ability to operate folding machinery and perform routine maintenance tasks.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
*Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
*Basic mechanical aptitude.
*Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
*Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as necessary.
