Sales Account Manager
£28,000 basic + uncapped commission | Sheriff Hutton
Ready to build real relationships, smash achievable targets, and actually enjoy coming to work? We’re on the lookout for a driven, confident Sales Account Manager to join our fun, vibrant office just outside York.
The Role
This is a people-first sales role where you’ll be:
*Creating new relationships with businesses worldwide
*Nurturing and growing existing customer accounts
*Generate new business from new customers by phoning companies who are known to buy electronic components
*Monitor and chase suppliers to ensure that delivery dates are met.
*Understanding customer needs and providing smart, tailored solutions
*Delivering an outstanding level of service, every time
*You are expected to hold TEAMS calls with most of your customers on a regular basis, accompanied by a senior manager from sales, working to an Agenda.
*Working towards fair and realistic sales targets - with great rewards for hitting them
You’ll be supported by an amazing, experienced team who genuinely want you to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:
*Hardworking, energetic, and confident
*Comfortable and motivated to pick up the phone and start conversations
*Experienced in sales (any level considered - attitude matters!)
*Willing to push yourself and grow professionally
*Experience presenting to customers across media calls, strategic in-person meetings, and industry events
*A strong communicator who enjoys building rapport
*Able to drive (our office location requires it)
The Perks

*£28,000 basic salary + brilliant uncapped commission
*Additional bonuses (after probation)
*Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays
