*Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic
*Commission: 8%-10% on completed core deals

These roles are ideally suited to candidates with 12–24 months’ experience in residential property or a closely related market.
The Role *Handling residential sales from enquiry through to completion
*Conducting viewings, negotiations, and progressing deals
*Supporting valuations and instruction generation
*Managing buyer and seller relationships professionally
*Working within a structured, high-performing sales environment
Commission Structure (Core Deals Only) *£0–£100k: 8%
*£100k–£200k: 9%
*£200k+: 10%
The Ideal Candidate *1–2 years’ experience in residential sales or a similar role
*Confident, organised, and commercially minded
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Motivated by performance and long-term career progression
*Full UK driving licence preferred
