Are you a keen problem-solver who thrives on helping people through life’s unexpected moments? We’re recruiting compassionate, detail-focused Customer Service Advisors to support customers when they need it most.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Acting as the first point of contact for claims and general enquiries
*Investigating and resolving cases promptly and accurately
*Communicating with empathy and confidence via phone and email
*Managing a wide variety of claims with professionalism and efficiency
*Ensuring every customer feels supported and reassured throughout the process

*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Confidence handling high volumes of calls and emails
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Training & Development
You’ll begin with 8 weeks of full-time, classroom-based training to set you up for success. This is designed to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer care from day one.
Working Hours:
*Training: Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm (8 weeks, no leave)
*After Training: Rota between 8am–6:15pm, Mon–Sat
*Saturday: 1 in every 6 weeks (day off in lieu)
*Start Date: March 2026
