Job Description:
Reed Middlesbrough are currently recruiting for a Teesside based client who are looking for 2x full time, permanent Sales Account Managers to join their sales team.
Benefits include:
*4pm finish on a Friday!
*1x day working from home after successful completion of a 6 month probation
*Working hours are 08.45 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday & 09:00 - 16.00 on a Friday
*Salary £26,000 - £28,000 (based on experience) plus OTE paid each quarter
*Yearly bonus scheme based on company profits (discretionary)
*20 days A/L plus BH holidays increase per year after 3x years of service up to 25 days

Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
*Working with existing customers to ensure that they receive excellent customer service and working with them to develop and formulate new products and take them to market.
*Dealing with new enquiries and helping customers formulate and develop products in their own brand.
*Looking after several of their international and UK customers who sell their products around the world. This will include ensuring that their order process runs smoothly, that orders are acknowledged, processed, and communicated effectively.
*Dealing with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
*Sales through service environment.
*Full training will be provided on product knowledge.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to carry out a soft sale approach and build rapport and maintain relationships etc. You will be organised, efficient and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team.
If you have excellent customer service skills, account management and sales then I would love to hear from you! If you have any dental or oral care experience, then this would be advantageous but not essential.
