£24,780 annual salary with realistic first year earnings of £35,000
Due to ongoing growth and consistent new contract wins, we’re now looking for three Collections Agents to join a well-established, growing business that genuinely cares about its people. The Collections Agent role:
*Making outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding balances
*Agreeing on suitable payment solutions that support customers and business objectives
*Handling inbound calls and resolving account queries professionally
*Taking secure card payments over the phone
*Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
About the Collections Agent:
*Experience in an outbound phone-based customer service or collections role
*A strong track record of delivering high-quality customer service
*Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*A professional, empathetic, and solutions-driven approach

*Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
