Internal Account Manager – Doncaster
Salary: £35-45k + bonus
Are you a customer focused Internal Account Manager who thrives on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth?
A fast growing Doncaster based company is seeking a proactive Internal Account Manager to join their sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a local professional who wants to develop their career in a supportive, high energy environment.
In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, nurture long term relationships, lead commercial discussions, and spot opportunities to upsell and increase revenue.

Duties of an Internal Account Manager:
*Manage and grow accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention, acting as point of contact
*Conduct virtual and occasional face-to-face account reviews
*Analyse customer spend trends to identify growth opportunities
*Own pricing structures and Excel based reporting
*Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively re-engage customers
Requirements of an Internal Account Manager:
*Confident managing client relationships and commercial discussions
*Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
*Strong Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs
*Local to Doncaster and excited to work in a growing company
*Experience selling to National Housebuilders and construction companies is desirable
