Procurement Administrator
Location: Warmley, Bristol
Contract Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, rota basis)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM start (rota-based)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support our operational teams in sourcing materials, plant, and services. Based in Warmley, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, helping manage costs and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Place and manage material orders in line with company procedures.
*Liaise with Engineers and Suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
*Maintain and update site sheets and material forecasts on OneDrive.
*Handle procurement-related calls and emails from field Engineers and Suppliers.
*Support the development of efficient procurement processes aligned with our CRM system.
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.
What We’re Looking For
*A strong communicator with a positive work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
*Highly organised and confident working independently and across teams.
*IT-savvy with experience using digital tools and systems.
*Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function.
*Previous experience in the plumbing merchant industry, especially trade counter work, is a plus.
