We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail-oriented Team Leader to join their growing contract packing team in Paddock Wood.
Key Responsibilities:
*Checking and packing high-end fashion garments and luxury eyewear
*Ensuring paperwork accurately matches the physical goods
*Printing and applying labels to both individual items and outer cartons
*Palletising goods in preparation for collection and dispatch
*Following internal processes while keeping the work area organised and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong attention to detail – essential when handling premium products
*Computer literate – able to use systems for order checking and label printing
*A team player who can also take the lead and provide instructions when required
*Physically fit – some heavy lifting will be involved
*Proactive, dependable, and willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 (15-minute morning break & 30-minute lunch break)
Hour rate: Depends on experience
Holiday: 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
