The RoleAs a Senior member of the team, you won’t just be booking viewings; you will be a strategic deal-maker.
*Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and winning new instructions in a competitive local market.
*High-Value Negotiations: Managing offers for premium properties, often involving complex chains and high-net-worth individuals.
*End-to-End Sales: Taking ownership of the sales process from initial valuation through to a seamless exchange and completion.
*Brand Ambassadorship: Representing the agency at local networking events and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
*Mentorship: Supporting the Branch Manager in elevating the performance of junior negotiators.
What We’re Looking For*Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in residential sales (London experience preferred).
*Local Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Wimbledon market or a proven ability to master a new patch quickly.
*The "Wimbledon" Standard: Exceptional polish, communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with sophisticated clients.
*Results Driven: A consistent track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
*Full UK Driving License: Essential for conducting viewings across SW19 and SW20.
