My client is looking for a Full-Time Scheduling Assistant / Scheduling Administrator to join their expanding team and help deliver exceptional service across their operations.
In this Scheduling Assistant role, you’ll play a key part in managing and coordinating the scheduling of engineering works, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. You’ll liaise with engineers and clients, respond to queries, and support the wider team with administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively will help you excel as a Scheduling Assistant.
Key responsibilities include:
*Coordinating daily schedules and work plans as a Scheduling Assistant.
*Supporting engineers and clients with timely and accurate information.
*Ensuring documentation is compliant and up to date.
*Assisting the team with administrative and operational tasks.

*24 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing with service
