The Role
As an Accounts Semi Senior, you’ll support managers and seniors with a varied client portfolio, gaining hands-on exposure to accounts, tax, and advisory work. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and build strong client relationships in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities *Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
*Assisting with management accounts and bookkeeping
*Preparing corporate and personal tax returns
*Supporting the audit team on ad hoc assignments (if desired)
*Liaising directly with clients and building strong relationships
*Assisting with VAT returns and resolving client queries
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About You
*Experience within an accountancy practice environment
*Confident using cloud software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ambitious, detail-driven, and eager to progress
