Finance Administrator

Job Description:
Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in Shipley as they look to recruit a Finance Administrator into their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
*Understand client contracts and engineer work orders to ensure accurate rule allocation
*Generate accurate, complete, and timely invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders
*Address invoice queries, issue credits, and maintain accurate documentation
*Monitor, validate, and maintain all invoicing data and records
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or problems
*Complete daily Time Sheet Summaries and generate monthly timesheet reports
*Review daily timesheet analysis to support financial planning
*Escalate anomalies to regional managers to improve accuracy and productivity
*Provide general administration support and ensure database upkeep
Key Skills & Experience:
*Excellent written communication and attention to detail
*Strong analytical and numerical ability
*Proven problem-solving and organisational skills
*Experience managing high-volume workloads with accuracy
*Prior experience in invoice processing
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or finance support role
