We’re hiring a highly skilled, fast-moving Campaign Graphic Designer to lead visual execution across large-scale regional campaigns. This is a fully office-based role in Widnes and suits someone who thrives in a high-pressure, delivery-focused environment.
You’ll own campaign visuals end-to-end - setting direction, creating master assets, and delivering high-volume print, digital, and app-based designs at speed. We need someone super proactive, technically excellent, and comfortable moving fast with minimal hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities *
Design campaign style guides, decks, and master visuals

Lead visual consistency across regional rollouts
*
Translate complex product/technical info into clear, commercial design
*
Deliver print and digital assets quickly and accurately
*
Maintain strict brand consistency
*
Execute and maintain UI designs in Figma (essential)
*
Prepare artwork to production-ready standards
Must-Have *
Strong Figma experience (non-negotiable)

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
*
Proven campaign design experience (commercial or B2B)
*
Able to work fast, accurately, and under pressure
*
Proactive, confident, and highly organised
