Location: Liverpool
Salary: £30,000–£40,000

About the Company:
This is a well-established, growing financial planning firm with a strong regional presence and a collaborative culture. With around 65 people across the business and a large hub in North Wales, the firm supports a team of experienced advisers and places real value on the quality and consistency of its paraplanning function. The business is investing in rebuilding and strengthening its in-house paraplanning team after a period of reliance on outsourced support.
Role Summary:
The firm is looking to hire multiple Paraplanners to support its adviser team with high-quality, technically sound financial planning work. You’ll act as a trusted internal partner - referred to as a Client Manager internally - producing clear, compliant advice and helping improve turnaround times and overall client outcomes. This is a stable, long-term role with strong exam support and clear salary progression.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparing suitability reports and financial planning recommendations: build deep technical exposure across a broad client base
*Analysing client information and cashflow modelling: strengthen your planning expertise and adviser collaboration
*Supporting advisers with research and product selection: gain exposure to complex cases and varied advice needs
*Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation: develop confidence working within robust internal processes
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a Paraplanner or similar financial planning support role
*Diploma-qualified or demonstrable hands-on paraplanning experience
*Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments, and protection
*A proactive, team-focused attitude with pride in quality work
