On their behalf, we are looking for a Membership Administrator to join their fast growing, influential organisation, as they continue on their journey of growth and development.
You’ll play a central role in supporting our Relationship Manager and ensuring members have a positive, seamless experience at every stage of their journey — from first enquiry through onboarding, engagement and renewal. This is a varied, people-focused role that combines member support, coordination and organisation, with plenty of opportunity to work across the wider team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Support the Relationship Manager to deliver an excellent member experience from initial contact through to ongoing engagement and retention.
*Coordinate the onboarding of new members, including processing applications, chasing outstanding information and issuing welcome communications and certificates.
*Act as a first point of contact for member enquiries, responding promptly and signposting members to relevant information, events, opportunities and contacts.
*Maintain accurate, up-to-date membership records and mailing lists using the CRM database, ensuring data quality and compliance.
*Monitor membership renewals and manage renewal communications in a timely and professional manner.
*Assist with the planning and delivery of member engagement activity, including calls, meetings, events, webinars, working groups and networking opportunities.
*Support member communications by helping to prepare materials, presentations and updates.
*Produce regular membership reports and basic insights to support engagement and retention activity.
*Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to connect members with relevant resources, networks and opportunities.
*Provide administrative support to Regional Working Groups, including organising meetings (virtual and in-person), coordinating presentations, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
*Keep participant records and meeting documentation well organised and up to date.
*Support wider membership projects, campaigns and regional initiatives as required.
*Undertake other duties relevant to the role as required.
You Will Ideally Have/Be:
Essential:
*Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to keep information accurate and up to date.
*Comfortable using CRM systems or membership databases, or quick to learn new systems.
*Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
*Clear and friendly communicator, able to build positive relationships in writing and over the phone.
*Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines while staying calm and organised.
*Comfortable working independently, while also enjoying collaboration as part of a wider team.
*Takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service to members and stakeholders.
Desirable:
*Experience working in a membership organisation, professional body, customer service or a similar people-focused environment.
*An understanding of data protection and GDPR principles, with confidence handling personal information appropriately.
*Experience supporting or coordinating events, meetings or engagement activities.
*An interest in, or exposure to, marketing and communications to support member engagement.
