Credit Controller - Property
Rate: £160 - £180 per day (DOE)
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic and fast-paced finance team based in Central London. This role will suit a proactive and commercially minded individual with experience managing high-volume and high-value ledgers.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a high-volume, high-value sales ledger
*Chasing outstanding debt via phone, email, and written correspondence
*Resolving complex queries efficiently and professionally
*Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Supporting process improvement and finance transformation initiatives
*Producing regular reports and maintaining accurate records
Key Requirements
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in Credit Control, ideally within a high-volume environment
*Experience within Property or similar would be advantageous
*Experience in finance transformation or process improvement projects (desirable)
*Strong MS Excel skills
*Experience using SAP Business ByDesign and Salesforce (advantageous)
*Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance detail and strategic thinking
*Experience within multi-site organisations; property sector experience preferred
