Hybrid - 1 - 2 days in Ipswich
My Client is a leading Lloyd’s broker. My client is looking for a Client Support professional to join a dynamic team, providing vital support to Account Executives and clients. This role is key to ensuring smooth account management and the accurate preparation and processing of insurance documentation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Keep track of client renewals and gather the necessary information to ensure timely submissions
*Prepare and check insurance documents including slips, contracts, and bespoke wordings
*Support Account Executives with client work and market submissions
*Ensure all documents, data, and files are accurate and compliant with market standards
*Process premiums and work with market systems such as Xchanging and PPL
*Help resolve technical or documentation issues as they arise
This role requires regular communication with clients, insurers, and internal teams to keep insurance placements running smoothly and on schedule.
Experience
*A Levels (or equivalent)
*CII qualification progress desirable
*Experience in a technical role within Lloyd’s/London market insurance preferred
*Experience in a processing, slip production, or undertaking renewals is highly desirable
*Knowledge and understanding of Lloyd’s, London and international insurance
*Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
