Role: Wills & Probate PA
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Contract: Full time, permanent
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded professional services firm based in Rotherham. The firm has a strong private client practice and is known for its personal approach, long-standing client relationships, and supportive working environment.
They are now looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Secretary / PA to provide dedicated support to a senior member of their private client team.
The Role
This is a key support position where you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of private client matters. The role requires discretion, strong organisational skills, and confidence in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities *
Providing comprehensive secretarial and PA support to a senior private client fee earner
*
Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
*
Preparing and amending wills, probate, and trust documentation
*
Managing diaries, appointments, and client meetings
*
Acting as a professional point of contact for clients
*
Opening, closing, and maintaining client files
*
Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
*
General administrative support including billing, document management, and scanning
About You *
Previous experience as a private client legal secretary or PA is essential
*
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
*
Professional, discreet, and client-focused manner
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
