We’re supporting a fantastic college that’s seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in their governance, GDPR compliance and executive support functions.
?? Role: Governance & Executive Officer
?? Contract: Full Time, Permanent (flexibility considered for the ideal candidate)
?? Salary: £28,192 – £35,043 per annum
?? Location: Northamptonshire
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the organisation’s operations, providing essential support across governance and data compliance. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy working under pressure, building strong relationships and delivering confidential, high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
*?? Coordinate and support board/committee meetings, governance events and seminars
*?? Prepare, proofread and distribute meeting papers, record accurate minutes and maintain governance records
*?? Act as a key point of contact for governors
*?? Log, monitor and manage GDPR requests
*?? Support breach reporting, staff updates and training compliance
*?? Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory and legal duties
What We’re Looking For:
*?? Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
*?? Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., governance, compliance, paralegal)
*?? Ability to handle confidential information professionally
*?? GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
