Warehouse Operative / Line Walker – Gaydon

We are currently recruiting a dependable and proactive Warehouse Operative / Line Walker to join our client’s operation based in Gaydon.

Location: Gaydon
Pay Rate: £12.52 per hour
Overtime Rate: £18.78 per hour
Working Hours:
*Monday to Thursday: 06:15 – 15:15
*Friday: 06:15 – 11:15
Key Responsibilities: *Performing line walking duties alongside general warehouse tasks
*Picking, packing, and accurately handling stock
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
*Ensuring orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard
*Communicating daily operational requirements clearly with the client
*Working collaboratively with the team to meet targets and resolve issues promptly
*Occasionally operating a tow motor to move materials and support production flow
Candidate Requirements: *Previous warehouse or production experience (essential)
*Basic computer literacy
*Good spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate directly with the client
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
*Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work well as part of a team
