£90,000 - £100,000 + bonus and excellent benefits

Hybrid - Central London office (3/4 days a week office based)

Our client is a leading and very well-established global accountancy practice with an impressive portfolio of UK and overseas clients servicing a wide variety of industry sectors.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Due to continued international expansion, they are looking to appoint a Director to work alongside several departments and a number of key individuals, primarily at Manager to Partner level.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Source and develop new business opportunities and grow high-value client engagements
*Play a key role in shaping and delivering the strategic plan, representing the firm in market forums and industry events
*Own and nurture a significant portfolio of outsourcing clients, acting as a trusted advisor
*Deliver an efficient, proactive, and client-focused service that exceeds expectations
*Work closely with senior leadership to manage team resourcing and staffing priorities
*Ensure strong internal collaboration and visibility of client activity across the firm
*Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them to build confidence and client management expertise
*Spot emerging trends and develop innovative service offerings to meet evolving client needs
*Proactively manage risk, ensuring the firm operates safely and sustainably
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
*ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
*Experience of managing an existing portfolio of clients and also generating new business opportunities
*Ability to demonstrate a strong commitment and ability to deliver the highest level of client service
*Experience of delivering services to internationally expanding groups
*A "can do" attitude and willingness to tackle a range of client issues
*Strong delivery skills and ability to work effectively to deadlines
