I’m supporting a well-established organisation in Brighton who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to provide temporary cover for 3–6 months. This role is perfect for someone with solid payroll experience who can step in and add immediate value.
Key Responsibilities
*Uploading and processing CSV files within Resourcelink
*Managing the shared payroll inbox, responding to queries efficiently
*Setting up new starters and leavers, including tax codes and NIC category changes
*Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for upcoming system improvements
*General payroll admin to keep the function running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
*Resourcelink experience (highly preferred)
*Strong UK payroll knowledge and attention to accuracy
*Confident handling payroll queries
*Someone who is local to Brighton and able to be in the office at least 2 days a week
*Proactive, organised, and able to work at pace
