Job Description:
IT Service Desk Analyst (1st–2nd Line Support)
I’m currently working with a well-established organisation that’s looking to add an IT Service Desk Analyst to its growing IT team.
You’ll be joining a busy Service Desk environment, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and playing a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.
The role
*Providing first-line support via phone, in person, and onsite at the head office
*Logging and managing incidents and requests through the ITSM system
*Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, with a focus on first-time fixes
*Escalating complex issues with clear and detailed documentation
*Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal users and external partners
Technical skills
*Microsoft Windows 10/11
*Microsoft Office 365
*Active Directory
*Group Policy
*SCCM
