The Role: In this hands-on AP role, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the purchase ledger and ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include:
*Processing a high volume of purchase invoices efficiently
*Matching, coding and entering invoices accurately into the system
*Completing regular supplier statement reconciliations
*Managing weekly payment runs and resolving invoice or supplier queries
*Assisting with month-end routines and reporting
*Liaising with teams across the business to keep information flowing and issues resolved
