We’re looking for an enthusiastic Cleaning Assistant This is a rewarding role where the work you do contributes directly to the wellbeing and dignity of our residents.
What You’ll Be DoingKeeping Things Spotless*Following daily and deep cleaning schedules to make sure every area is cleaned to the highest standard.
*Working within a designated area allocated by the Shift Leader.
*Ensuring all tasks meet infection control policies, procedures and best practice guidelines.
Maintaining Safety & Hygiene*Helping maintain a clean, hygienic environment that feels like home for our residents and welcoming to visitors.
*Storing all cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly in line with COSHH regulations and Health & Safety policies.
*Reporting any defects or hazards immediately to management to ensure everyone’s safety.
*Being respectful, sensitive and always mindful of each resident’s privacy and dignity.
*Adapting positively to changes in procedures or schedules as the needs of the service evolve.
*Following all COSHH, infection control and risk assessment procedures relevant to your role.
