You are an experienced Data Engineer looking for a challenge working with new tech for a healthcare provider with a strong social mission.
THE COMPANY
This growing healthcare provider will be working closely with corporate companies to offer services that align with their core objective of improving the mental well-being of their customer base.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will enjoy working on a team with a start-up mentality. The role involves data ingestion, transformation with autonomy and hands-off management.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
*Data ingestion using Fivetran and Python Batch Scripts
*Using Databricks to store and process large volumes of data within an AWS environment
*Building data transformations with DBT
*Building visualisations using Power BI
Nice to Haves:
*Terraform
*Docker
*AWS Certification
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Data Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
*Strong Python skills and R
*Databricks on AWS
*Experience with strong governance
*Previous work with health providers good but not essential
*History with startups good but not essential
