Corporate Insolvency Practitioner – Part-Time (2 Days Per Week)

Imperium Financial Recruitment are working with a well-established and highly regarded firm of Insolvency Specialists based in Manchester who are seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to join their team on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Insolvency Practitioner looking to supplement their existing caseload, work alongside an experienced appointment-taking IP, and support the continued growth of a successful and busy practice.
The RoleYou will work closely with the existing Insolvency Practitioner, taking formal appointments and overseeing a varied corporate insolvency portfolio. The position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities*Taking corporate insolvency appointments including Administrations, CVLs, and MVLs
*Managing and overseeing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
*Providing technical and strategic input on complex cases
*Maintaining strong relationships with introducers, solicitors, lenders, and key stakeholders
*Supporting and mentoring junior staff where appropriate
*Ensuring all cases comply with regulatory and statutory requirements
Candidate Requirements*Licensed UK Insolvency Practitioner
*Proven experience managing corporate insolvency caseloads
*Strong technical knowledge and compliance awareness
*Ability to work independently while collaborating with an established team
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Strong commercial awareness and professional credibility
