Full time hours on a temporary basis
*Lead and manage the operational delivery of health and wellbeing services
*Oversee staff, ensuring high performance, effective case management, and quality support
*Develop and implement service improvement plans
*Monitor performance targets and report on outcomes
*Work collaboratively with partners, commissioners, and community organisations
*Ensure compliance with safeguarding, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
*Manage budgets, resources, and service planning
*Promote a positive wellbeing culture across the organisation
