The Company
They are a customer-focused digital brand operating at scale, committed to building innovative products that deliver value and exceptional experiences to their users. Data is deeply embedded in their culture, and they prioritise transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As they continue to expand, they are investing heavily in their data function to strengthen experimentation, insight generation, and product thinking across the organisation.
The Role
You will partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights that shape strategy and enhance user experience. Your work will support high-visibility product decisions and foster a culture of experimentation. Responsibilities include:
* Using quantitative analysis and data storytelling to uncover user behaviour and inform product direction.
* Designing, supporting, and analysing experiments to discover and size new opportunities.
* Defining key product and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency across teams.

* Conducting deep-dive analysis to support strategic initiatives and guide decision-making.
* Documenting insights and maintaining shared knowledge within central data resources.
* Working cross-functionally to close data gaps and promote unified data practices.
Your Skills and Experience
You will be successful in this role if you can bring:
* Strong commercial experience working with data in an analytical or product-focused environment.
* Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytical language or tool such as Python, R, dbt, or a modern BI platform.
* Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
* Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to build compelling, insight-led narratives.
* A self-starter mindset with high attention to detail and curiosity about user behaviour.
* A collaborative approach, with confidence working across multi-disciplinary teams.
What They Offer
* Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
* Hybrid working and flexible hours.
* Comprehensive medical cover and wellbeing support.
* Generous holiday allowance plus additional leave options.
* Learning and development opportunities supported by a strong internal culture.
* A modern, collaborative working environment with regular team and company events.
* Additional lifestyle, financial, and workplace benefits designed to support you both personally and professionally.
