About the Assembler Role
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Assembler to join our Operations team. This role involves building, testing and maintaining mechanical and/or electrical assemblies to high quality standards. Youll play an important part in ensuring our products meet customer expectations and support continuous improvement across the department.
Assembler Key Responsibilities
*Build mechanical and electrical assemblies using technical drawings, SOPs and CMMs.
*Assemble, inspect and test components and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
*Carry out electromechanical work including fans, motors and heaters.
*
*Use a range of hand tools and measuring equipment (e.g., torque drivers, crimp tools, micrometers, verniers).
*Identify and troubleshoot issues through testing and inspection.
Assembler Skills & Experience
*Competent with hand tools and smallcomponent assembly.
*Soldering skills; experience with lathes, drills or similar equipment (brazing desirable).
*Previous experience in a production or assembly environment.
*Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
*Methodical, logical and able to manage time effectively.
*Profesisonal, selfmotivated and able to work under pressure.
