An ambitious financial planning business is looking to appoint an experienced Operations & Advice Support professional to help drive efficiency and support the day-to-day running of the advice function.
This is a senior support role suited to someone who enjoys improving how a team operates, supporting advisers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities:
*Overseeing day-to-day administration and workflow coordination
*Supporting advisers with complex cases and documentation
*Helping streamline internal processes and systems
*Monitoring pipelines and supporting business flow
*Acting as a senior point of contact within the support team
*Contributing to operational improvements and best practice
