Job Description:
Senior Financial Planning Administrator
Sheffield | Full time office hours
Salary: Competitive + benefits
An established and growing financial planning business is looking to appoint a Senior Administrator to support advisers and play a key role in the delivery of a high-quality client experience.
This is a varied and important position, suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and acting as a central point of support across the advice team.
Key responsibilities:
*Supporting Financial Planners with end-to-end administration
*Preparing suitability report packs and documentation
*Managing new business submissions and provider liaison
*Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
*Assisting with pipeline tracking and case progress
*Supporting process improvements across the team
What we’re looking for:
*Strong experience within financial planning / IFA administration
*Desirable: work towards diploma, not essential.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
*A proactive mindset with attention to detail
*Experience using industry platforms and provider systems
